Pam joined her much loved Klamath Basin community during her high school years at Mazama High School and solidified her love of the community by marrying a farmer. Pam’s entrepreneurial spirit led her into the Tax and Accounting industry in 2004 when she became a licensed Tax Preparer. Continuing her education, Pam received her Tax Consultant License and later became an Enrolled Agent. In 2013, she founded Amcom Tax & Accounting, Inc. and has been a dedicated servant leader to her team ever since.
Pam has been married for 33 years and is a mother to two wonderful adult children. As an active community member, Pam volunteers her time as a Board Member of the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Klamath County Rotary Club. She spent several years as a 4H leader and Swine Superintendent. Pam’s passion for educating others motivated her to be an instructor for the Klamath County Association of Realtors® and at the Scaling New Height’s Accounting Conference.
Pam was inspired to become a Positive Intelligence® Coach for by her need to help clients, family and friends grow and flourish on their paths to success. She believes Positive Intelligence® can help anyone live their best life and is excited to share this life operating system with others!
Lexi is originally from Albany, Oregon and has resided in Klamath Falls since 2008. As a faithful student at Oregon State University, she obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology as well as her Master’s in Business Administration. During college Lexi worked as an Administrative Assistant for her family-owned company, Reece & Associates, Inc. Upon graduation, she relocated to Klamath Falls and dedicated 12 years to a Commercial Farm working as the Business and Human Resources Manager.
Lexi is a devoted mother, valued community member and real estate professional. Her passion to help others and be engaged in her community has led her to active involvement as a member of the Klamath County Rotary Club and Board member of the Klamath Basin Home Builders Association. She also volunteers her time with her church.
Striving to constantly learn and offer a helping hand to others, Lexi values her decision to become a Positive Intelligence® Coach so that she can help others grow, learn, and thrive. Lexi’s passion is golfing, and as she has seen the improvement in her personal life and golf game because of Positive Intelligence® she is dedicated to helping others improve their golf game as well!
